Fee Structure
Two fees come out of every online payment. Stripe, our payment processor, charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Duha charges a small platform fee on top, which depends on what was paid for — 0.6% on donations, and a higher rate on ticketed and fee-based services such as events, hall bookings, and tuition.
Example
For a $100 donation: $2.90 + $0.30 to Stripe and $0.60 to Duha, so $96.20 reaches your organization.
Where to see your rates
The exact platform fee for each product type is shown on every payment record in your dashboard, so you always see the split for a specific transaction.
